autowave.control - The highlights
autowave.control is THE software tool specifically developed to cope with today's more and more expanding requirements for supply simulation in the automotive area. Creation of any kind of waveforms and profiles is as easy as can be. However, autowave.control is not just limited to waveform generation. It is best to record and replay real-life profiles found in a vehicle battery system.

Standard voltage profiles pre-programmed
Battery supply simulation is becoming more and more dominant in todays' automotive testing. Every vehicle manufacturer has his own voltage profile requirements based on their individual experience. A wide range of voltage profiles such as voltage drop-outs, voltage ramps, sinewave ripple, even exponential functions are found in such test requirements. Some specifications test several different voltage profiles simultaneously on different input channels of a DUT. EM TEST has set-up a large and enhanced standards library with all important test requirements from vehicle manufacturers but also including national/international test requirements. These standard test profiles can be called by a simple mouse click, pre-programmed and ready-to-start testing. |

Easy to do - 12 standard segments to program user defined profiles
What ever special profile you will need to test autowave.control makes your work as easy as possible. You may choose from 12 different segment types such as DC, sine wave, sine wave sweep, damped sine wave, saw tooth, exponential, ramp up and down, square wave etc. to program you profile and adjust each single parameter of it. Everything's there already. Or you can program your profile point-by-point in the point wave mode equally easy as in the segment wave mode. |

Interlink Segments - A unique simplification
Composing a profile from various segments means that each segment is definded by several parameters. The end of a segments thereby is equal to the start of the next segment. If the parameter of one segment connected to another segment is changed the preceding or following segment's parameter must be adjusted as well. Using a common programming mode this adjustment needs to be done manually. But this is not the case with the autowave.control. When a profile is transformed into the Pattern mode a changed parameter is automatically changed in all relative segments of the profile. |

Iterating parameters - autowave.control can do it
A nightmare for those who need to program profiles that iterate parameters during the test. Commonly available arbitrary generators are hardly capable do handle such test requirements. Therefore several profiles need to be programmed and tested one after the other. But imagine that there are test requirements that iterate several parameters giving a number of several hundreds or thousands of profiles to be programmed? How about a software tool that can allows up to 9 different parameters iterated in 9 different orders? autowave.control does it!

Import and export of profiles
autowave.control cannot only be used to program wave forms and profiles. It can also import data in various formats like CSV, Excel, XML etc.) and manage such profiles. The same it can export the data and also transfer pre-programmed profiles into iso.control software.

Documentation and test reports
Nowadays each and every test needs to be well documented for reasons of reproducibility and proof of testing. autowave.control offers an enhanced reporting capability that fulfills every aspect of common QM systems what test documentation is concerned. The test data (both generated and recorded data) is properly referenced and stored in a data base. The report can be exported in different formats like RTF, PDF or HTML etc. User defined forms can be used as a mask file to include the report data.
